A nine month assignment to develop and implement a property occupation strategy for the NCVO, the
“umbrella organisation” for the voluntary sector in the UK, based at a 25,000 sq ft site at Kings Cross. The
project included a review of property assets, business activities and staff working practices followed by the
implementation of a strategy to maximise income, provide future flexibility and improve the workplace for
staff.
