About
Sue Cleverdon
Sue Cleverdon established her own property and facilities management consultancy business ten years ago and has built a strong track record for outstanding project management and client service with a number of blue chip clients.

Her business has focused on advising charities and other professional bodies on the effective use of their buildings. Her preference is to work closely with the senior leadership reviewing the strategic imperatives for change and then supporting the implementation of cost effective solutions. These could include the re-negotiation of leases, relocation, refurbishment, space planning or adopting flexible working practices such as hot desking or home working. She has particular expertise in the practical and legal issues surrounding commercial property leasing and in the conversion and use of listed buildings. Her impressive communication skills, cheerfulness and pragmatic ’can do’ approach combined with a prodigious work rate has ensured that all her clients have come from word of mouth and personal recommendations.

A range of services is offered to clients including:

  • Property related strategic advice
  • Occupancy studies and flexible working
  • Office reorganisations and moves
  • Property acquisition, disposal and lease renewals
